Naha Airport (OKA) with Kids

checked Aug ’26

Naha is compact and easy to read — a good thing, because most families land here with beach gear, a stroller and high expectations. The monorail into the city leaves right from the terminal.

Nursing rooms

Nursing rooms sit adjacent to the restrooms on floors 1, 2 and 3, plus one in the international 4F food court area. Each has a diaper changing table, sink and hot water dispenser. They are open to both parents; only the private nursing rooms are for women.

Strollers

Free strollers are lent at each airline counter — ask when you check in or land. Planning beach days? The 1F Barrier-Free Tour Center rents strollers for multi-day use outside the airport (paid).

Play area

The kids’ play area is on the 2F, right by the security checkpoint — the exact spot where you want twenty minutes of energy burned before boarding.
