We do not warrant that any information is accurate, complete, or up to date, and the presence of a verification badge or check date is not a guarantee of current conditions.

2.4 You are responsible for your own travel decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information on the Service or from your dealings with any facility or provider.

3. ACCOUNTS AND GUEST USE

3.1 You may use core features of the Service without an account. Guest data (saves, itineraries, family settings) is linked to a private link (a "secret URL") stored on your device.

3.2 Anyone who has a secret URL can view the content it points to. Keeping secret URLs confidential is your responsibility. We are not liable for disclosure resulting from your sharing or handling of a secret URL.

3.3 Registration requires a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users, and we may refuse registration at our discretion.

4. YOUR CONTENT

4.1 "Your Content" means anything you submit to the Service, including reviews, notes, corrections, spot submissions, and links you attach.

4.4 You must not submit content that is false or misleading, defamatory, advertising or solicitation, infringing, scraped or copied from other services, or otherwise unlawful.

4.5 Submissions are subject to screening (including automated screening). We decide at our sole discretion whether to publish, withhold, edit for format, or remove any of Your Content, and we may do so without notice or explanation.

4.6 If you delete your account, we will stop displaying Your Content under your name. Factual information already incorporated into our database and content that has been anonymized may be retained and continue to be used.

5. OUR CONTENT; PERMITTED USE; AUTOMATED ACCESS

5.1 The Service's content — including descriptions, curation, illustrations, design, and structured data — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.

5.2 You may view, quote with attribution, and make personal, non-commercial use of the Service's content. Wholesale copying, republication, or redistribution of the Service's content or database, whether manual or automated, is prohibited without our prior written permission.

8.3 To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or zero if you have paid nothing).
